Claims (1)
- 樹脂ケースに挿設した入力用端子および出力用
端子に設けたリード端子が樹脂ケース内空間に封
入された弾性表面波素子の中央から端部方向に向
けて延設され、かつこれら各リード端子が、前記
弾性表面波素子の引出し電極に電気的に接続され
ていることを特徴とする表面波デバイス。
