Claims (1)
- 魚貝類を液体で熱処理した後の魚貝類のエキス
分と塩分を含む煮汁を濾過する濾過装置と、該濾
過装置で濾過された後の煮汁の清澄液から塩水の
みを透過させて清澄液を濃縮する塩水透過濃縮装
置と、該塩水透過濃縮装置で濃縮された清澄液の
水分を除去する水分除去装置とを有することを特
徴とする魚貝類のエキス製造装置。
