Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気通路の上部でかつ排気ポートの近傍に凹部
    を設け、該凹部にシリンダの軸線にほぼ直交する
    ように回動軸を設け、該回動軸に板状の弁体を揺
    動先端が排気ポートに向くように固定し、回動軸
    をエンジンの回転速度に応じて回動操作し前記弁
    体の揺動先端により前記排気ポートの上端位置を
    実質的に上下動させてエンジンの排気時期を変化
    させる駆動機構を設け、さらに前記回動軸をその
    軸線方向に付勢して前記弁体を前記凹部内側面に
    当接させる付勢部材を設けたことを特徴とする２
    サイクルエンジンの排気時期制御装置。
