０…端末ヒートポンプユニツト、２４…室外側熱
媒体熱交換器（水熱交換器）、３１…熱媒体循環
管路（水循環管路）、５０…冷却装置。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) センターヒートポンプユニツトと端末ヒー
    トポンプユニツトとを備え、該センターヒートポ
    ンプユニツトの室内側熱媒体熱交換器と該端末ヒ
    ートポンプユニツトの室外側熱媒体熱交換器とを
    熱媒体循環管路を介して連結した住棟用空調シス
    テムにおいて、前記室内側熱媒体熱交換器と直列
    又は並列に前記熱媒体循環管路に連結した散水式
    の冷却装置を設けたことを特徴とする住棟用空調
    システム。 (2) センターヒートポンプユニツトの室外側熱
    交換器を送風機を備えた空気熱交換器にて構成し
    、該送風機の送風路内に散水式の冷却装置を設け
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の住棟用空調システム。
