Claims (1)
- 被測定物に光を照射し、その透過光又は反射光
を測定する装置において、照射側及び／又は受光
側に光フアイバを用いて光を導くとともに、先端
面が被測定物に対向させられる光フアイバの先端
に屈曲した口金を取りつけ、光フアイバをその口
金内に通して光フアイバの光路を曲げたことを特
徴とする測定装置。
