- ２つの半円筒状部材に分割可能なバレルと、バ
レル内径部に脱着自在に設けられるライナーと、
ライナー内径部に突出している複数のピンと、ピ
ンに対応する位置が切り欠かれた非連続多重フラ
イトを有しライナー内径部に回転自在に挿入され
る単軸スクリユーと、バレル先端部に設けられる
ダイと、を有しており、単軸スクリユーは、スク
リユー軸と、スクリユー軸の外周にこれと一体に
回転するように設けられる複数のスクリユー要素
と、スクリユー軸先端に取り付けられダイ内径部
との間に環状の狭いすきまを形成するスクリユー
ヘツドと、から成つている連続混練機。
