  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 各種情報を記録紙に印字した後、前記記録
    紙を発行する記録紙発行装置において、 前記記録紙の送出口位置に前記記録紙の発行を
    保護する保護装置を設置し、 前記保護装置は、 前記記録紙の取出方向に前記記録紙を導き送出
    するガイドプレートと、 前記ガイドプレートに設置され、前記送出口側
    と反対方向に開閉する機能を有した開閉窓とを備
    え、 前記開閉窓による前記ガイドプレートの開口の
    幅は、前記記録紙の幅より大であり、さらに、前
    記開閉窓は前記記録紙の先端が固定されたとき前
    記記録紙の通常の送出力により、前記記録紙に生
    じる撓みを介して伝わる力で開き、前記力が消滅
    したとき閉じて前記ガイドプレートの一部を構成
    することを特徴とする、記録紙発行装置。 (2) 前記開閉窓の開閉機能は、ヒンジによるこ
    とを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の記録紙発行装置。 (3) 前記開閉窓の開閉機能は、スプリングを有
    したヒンジによることを特徴とする、実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の記録紙発行装置。 (4) 前記開閉窓は、ガイドプレートの機能を併
    せて有することを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の記録紙発行装置。
