- 絶縁層の表裏面に配設した導体箔パツドと、前
記導体箔パツドの一端と直結するランドつき表裏
導通孔と、前記導体箔パツドと表裏導通孔との接
続部の上面を覆つて形成された半田レジストより
なる分断部とを含むことを特徴とする印刷配線板
。
