- 吸着塔内の吸着剤充填室を二室に仕切り、吸着
塔の両側にそれぞれガス出入口を設け、それぞれ
のガス出入口に切替弁を設けてそれぞれのガス出
入口から被処理ガスを選択的に供給可能にして成
るガス吸着装置。
