Claims (1)
- 水平に設けられた回転板と、この回転板を下面
より冷却する下部冷却手段と、上記回転板と対向
して上面に配置された上部冷却手段と、上記回転
板を回動する駆動装置とを有し、上記回転板上に
被凍結品を載置して両面から凍結を行う凍結装置
において、上記回転板の上面に周方向に沿つて径
方向の凍結有効限度部に上記回転板と異なる色度
の異材質部材を設けたことを特徴とする凍結装置
。
