- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 試料を底部に載置したカツプ状の試料保持部材
と差動トランス本体を固定した差動トランス本体
支持材はそれぞれ支持体に固定され、前記試料の
上に載置した棒状のプローブと上端でプローブ継
手を介して、差動トランスコアに固定され、前記
試料保持部材は電気炉内に設置され、 前記試料保持部材の内側には前記試料の温度計
測に熱電対が試料の近傍に設置され、 この熱電対の先端部すなわち温度検出部を固定
することにより試料保持部材内での温度検出位置
を一定にすることができ、温度計測値を安定させ
るように構成した熱機械的分析装置。
