The former method involves press-fitting a curved pipe at a predetermined angle.
An auger connected with a universal joint is rotated within the five-bent pipe to excavate and remove soil, thereby burying the bent pipe underground. The latter method uses a hydraulic motor-driven bit attached to the tip of the pipe to excavate underground to a diameter larger than the outside diameter of the pipe, and propels the pipe while removing soil with circulating water. This is to be buried.

For this reason, the present invention uses an outer tube that is curved in the longitudinal direction and an inner tube that is curved in the longitudinal direction and has a tip-driven drill at its tip, and propels the outer tube while drilling with the drill that protrudes from the tip of the outer tube. At the same time, the direction correction during cutting is performed by making the tip of the inner tube eccentric with respect to the outer tube using a guide provided inside the outer tube tip. If the drill is driven with the inner pipe eccentric, the drill will excavate more ground on the eccentric side, and the outer pipe will be propelled in the direction inward due to the space created by the excavation and the ground reaction force. Corrected in the eccentric direction of the tube.

Figures 2 and 3 show an example of the implementation status.
A pair of guide portions (6) are provided on both sides of the inner surface near the tip of the outer tube (1) to face each other so as to be inclined with respect to the axis of the outer tube. In this embodiment, the guide part (6)
is constituted by a guide groove (7). Further, a pair of guided bodies (8) that can be guided by the guide groove (7) are provided. This guided body (8) is constituted by an arm body that can be slidably fitted into the guide groove (7).

Normally, the outer tube (1) is propelled so that its guide portions (6) are located on both sides in the horizontal direction and tilted in the vertical direction. When the guided body (8) of the inner tube (2) is located at the center of the guide part (6) as shown in Fig. 2(a), the tube axis of the inner tube (2) is aligned with the outer tube (1). The drill excavates the ground along the extension of the outer tube axis.

In this way, as shown in Fig. 2(b), the guided object (8)
As the inner tube (2) slides while being pushed upward along the guide part (6), the inner tube (2) becomes eccentric upward with respect to the outer tube (1), and the drill excavates the upper side of the ground more than before, causing the drill to move forward. The direction of propulsion of the outer pipe (1) is adjusted upward due to the space created by the excavation and the ground reaction force.

In addition, when correcting the excavation direction downward, conversely, the inner pipe (

is eccentrically downward with respect to the outer tube (1). As a result, the drill excavates the lower part of the ground, and the direction of movement of the outer pipe (1) is corrected downward.

In order to move the inner tube (2) back and forth during such vertical correction, as shown in FIG.

The above is a correction in the vertical direction of the propulsion direction, but when making a correction in the left-right direction (horizontal direction), Fig. 5 (a) and (
As shown in b), the length of the guided body (8) is changed on the left and right sides, and by doing this, the inner tube (2
) is eccentric in the horizontal direction with respect to the outer tube (1). Due to such eccentricity, the propulsion direction is corrected in the left-right direction based on the same principle as described above. Therefore, by adjusting the length of the guided body and selecting the position of the guided body in the longitudinal direction of the guide length described above, the propulsion direction can be corrected in any direction.

In addition, when making corrections in the left-right direction, use an inner tube as shown in Fig. 3 (inner tube with guided bodies of the same length on the left and right sides).
Once removed, the guided body (8) is shown in Figure 5 (A).
Or replace it with something like (b) and reinsert it.

The above is a basic and preferable correction method, but for example,
The manner of use is as described above, such as using the outer tube (1) rotated 90 degrees from the state shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, that is, with the guide portion (6) positioned above and below. It is not limited to the examples. FIG. 6 shows an example (horizontal sectional view) of this, in which the guide parts (6) are located above and below, and the guided body (8) is guided by the guide parts (6), so that the inner tube (2) is eccentric in the horizontal direction with respect to the outer tube (1), and the propulsion direction is corrected in the horizontal direction. Regarding correction in the vertical direction, as shown in FIGS. 7(a) and (b), the length of the guided body (8) is made different between the upper and lower sides,
This can also be done by eccentrically moving the inner tube in the vertical direction.

In addition to the above-mentioned embodiments, for example, there may be a structure in which a guide section in the form of a guide rail is provided, and the guided object is sandwiched between the guide rails from both sides, or a structure in which the guide section is simply slid on the upper surface of the guide rail. Can be used.
