Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 霧化槽に隣接した超音波霧化装置本体内空間
に、霧化ユニツトに電源を供給する電源部と、霧
化槽に送風する電動フアンとを縦に配置したこと
を特徴とする超音波霧化装置。 ２ 前記電源部を下方に、前記電動フアンを上方
に配設し、前記電動フアンを横置きでかつシロツ
コを駆動モータの上に位置させたシロツコフアン
とし、前記本体とその上に載設される水タンクと
の間にフアンの空気吸込口を設けたことを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の超音波
霧化装置。 ３ 前記霧化ユニツトのパワートランジスタを水
冷式としたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項または第２項記載の超音波霧化装置。
