Claims (1)
- 厚みすべりを有する圧電板上に２対の励起用電
極膜を形成してなる圧電素子の保持容器において
、上下面が開放型の容器の内側に、前記圧電素子
が複数個任意の空隙を保つた状態で固定され、前
記容器の上下面が密封されていることを特徴とす
る表面実装型圧電波器。
