In addition, there are shapes that cannot be bent using rolls and molds, and only simple forming can be performed, and furthermore, hot spinning causes the problem of dimensional accuracy as described above.

In addition to being movably disposed, a supporting stand is attached to this sliding member so as to be freely rotatable in the vertical direction, and a pair of forming rolls are supported in parallel on the supporting stand, and one forming roll is connected to the other forming roll. The horizontal table can move toward and away from the roll in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the horizontal table can be moved toward the forming roll. is moved to a position where the material can be formed, and the height position of the forming rolls is adjusted according to the height of the material, so that the upper edge of the material is compressed from the inside and outside by the pair of forming rolls. However, these forming rolls are configured to perform the forming process by moving them in accordance with the bending shape to be formed.

The material a is rotated in the circumferential direction by sliding on this roll 20,
A process of bending the entire circumference of the material to a desired degree of curvature, and a desired bending process in the length (height) direction of the material a is performed by moving both forming rolls 20 and 24 together in the vertical direction. The opening of the material a is processed into a uniformly curved surface by combining the above operations.

である。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the metal material forming apparatus of the present invention, a support is provided on one side of a rotatable horizontal table, and a sliding member can be moved up and down along the support. At the same time, a supporting stand is attached to the sliding member so as to be freely rotatable in the vertical direction, and a pair of forming rolls are supported in parallel on the supporting stand, and one forming roll is connected to the other forming roll. The horizontal table can be moved toward and away from the metal material in the horizontal and vertical directions, and the horizontal table can be moved toward the forming roll, so that the horizontal table can be moved according to the size of the shape of the metal material fixed on the horizontal table. By this, the part to be formed can be accurately aligned with the position of the pair of forming rolls, and in addition, the support base on which the pair of forming rolls are arranged can be moved up and down along the support column via the sliding member. Since it is movable, the position of the forming roll can be easily adjusted according to the height of the metal material, and
Since the support table can be moved up and down and rotated on a vertical plane, it is possible to perform cold bending of the metal material at the desired height of the opening to the desired degree of curvature with high precision. Coupled with the fact that the molding roll is movable and adjustable in the horizontal and vertical directions with respect to the other molding roll, complex bending can be performed easily and accurately with almost no reduction in thickness.
