系列の事故検出リレーと第２の保護系列のフエイ
ルセーフリレーとのアンド又は点検指令の第２の
ステツプで制御される第２のサイリスタと、内部
事故を検出する第１及び第２の保護系列にある２
つのリレーのオア又は第２の保護系列にある点検
指令の第２のステツプで制御される第３のサイリ
スタのアンドで構成されるトリツプ回路を有する
