Claims (1)
- 移動する被測定対象に光を投射する発光手段と
、所定ピツチで配列した複数の受光部を有し前記
被測定対象からの反射光を検出して当該被測定対
象の移動速度に対応した信号を出力する光電変換
手段とを同一の基板上に形成したことを特徴とす
る空間フイルタ装置。
