【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は出窓用雨戸に関するもので、特に、三
枚折戸からなる出窓用雨戸の開閉装置に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a bay window shutter, and more particularly to an opening/closing device for a bay window shutter consisting of a three-panel folding door.
従来この種の出窓用雨戸の開閉装置として特開
昭56−20290号公報に開示されたものがあるが、
この開閉装置は、三枚折戸からなる出窓用雨戸の
うちの中間部雨戸と前面窓部側に配される端部雨
戸との隣接端部相互を、案内溝に案内される被案
内部材を介して枢支連結すると共に、その隣接端
部にそれぞれギヤを一体に設けて噛み合わせ、し
かして上記被案内部材を、プツシユプルワイヤ等
により押し引き操作して移動させることによつ
て、前面窓部側の端部雨戸を中間部雨戸の開閉動
作に追従させながら雨戸の開閉を行うようにした
ものである。ところが、このような開閉装置によ
れば、構造が複雑化してコスト高となる上に、中
間部雨戸と上記端部雨戸との枢着部がギヤで互い
に噛み合うことから例えば強風下での雨戸の開閉
操作中に端部雨戸にかかる風圧による荷重がいわ
ゆるてこの原理でこの端部雨戸のギヤ部分に過大
な力を及ぼすことによつてギヤを破損するおそれ

本考案は上記のような問題点に鑑み、構造がき
わめて簡単であつて、操作もし易く且つ故障の少
ない出窓用雨戸の開閉装置を提供することを目的

以下その一実施例を図面に基づき説明すると、
第1図および第2図において、1は建屋壁2の出
窓用開口部3に取付けられた出窓であつて、上枠
4と下枠5と両枠間に連結された方立6,7とに
よつて出窓外周面部に前面窓部8とこれを挟む一
対の袖窓部9,9が区劃形成されると共に、前面
窓部8には開閉可能な引戸障子10,10が、ま
た袖窓部9には固定障子11がそれぞれ嵌め込ま
れている。そして上下の横枠4,5の外周部に上
記各窓部8,9よりも外側にそれぞれ中空状の上
下の出窓張出し枠部12,12が突設され、此等
出窓張出し枠部12,12の上下対向側壁に両戸
用レール溝13,13が出窓外周に沿つて開口形
成されている。また蝶番14,15によつて折畳
みおよび伸展自在に枢支連結した三枚折戸からな
る出窓用雨戸16,17,18のうち、一端部の
雨戸16の遊端側上下部が上記各出窓張出し枠部
12における袖窓基端部に枢軸19(第3図)に
よつて枢着され、且つ中間部の雨戸17には他端
部の雨戸18との連結側端の上下部にスライドピ
ン20(第4図)が突設され、このスライドピン
20が上下の上記雨戸用レール溝13に遊嵌され
て中間部雨戸17をスライド自在に支持し、更に
上記他端部の雨戸18は蝶番15によつてのみ中
間部雨戸17に宙吊り状態に連結されている。そ
してこの他端部の雨戸18にはその上下各端面所
要部に開閉操作ロツド21の一端部がピン22に
よつて枢着され、該開閉操作ロツド21の他端部
21aがボルト23を介して上下各雨戸用レール
溝13にそれぞれスライド自在に係合される。上
下両開閉操作ロツド21のうち下部側の開閉操作
ロツド21の他端部に取付けたボルト23は、第
5図に示すように、その頭部24を出窓張出し枠
部12の中空内部12aに係嵌させた状態で雨戸
用レール溝13にスライド自在に係合され、この
ボルト23のねじ部25にロツクナツト26が螺
着されていて、このロツクナツト26を締付ける
ことにより開閉操作ロツド21を出窓張出し枠部
12の横壁27に圧着せしめて開閉操作ロツド2
1を雨戸用レール溝13の任意位置でロツクでき
るようにしている。なお、前記ボルト23の頭部
24は中空内部12aの横幅に相当する幅員に形
成して中空内部12aに沿つて摺動するが回転し
ないように形成することが好ましい。上記の部材
23〜26はロツク手段28をも構成している。
尚、また開閉操作ロツド21は雨戸18の上下の
双方に設けても良く、双方に設けた場合は上部側

つて開放され、また前面窓部8の引戸障子10,
10を開放して室内側から開閉操作ロツド21の
他端部21aを掴んでレール溝13に沿いこれを
前面窓部8の中央側に引き寄せるに伴い出窓用雨
戸16,17,18が伸展され、このうち中間部
の雨戸17および他端部の雨戸18はレール溝1
3をスライドピン20が移動することによつて第
3図のイ,ロなる状態を経て前面窓部8に引き出
され且つこれを閉鎖すると共に、一端部の雨戸1
6は枢軸部19を中心に回動して袖窓部9を閉鎖
することになる。更に、第2図の図中左側の如き
雨戸開放姿勢、右側の如き雨戸閉塞姿勢、あるい
は第3図イ,ロの如き半開き姿勢において、ロツ
クナツト26を締付けて開閉操作ロツド21を窓
枠張出し部12に対しロツクすれば、出窓用雨戸
16,17,18は上記それぞれの姿勢に安定し

ール溝にスライド可能に係合し、開閉操作ロツド
を雨戸用レール溝に沿つて押し引き操作すること
によつて雨戸の開閉を行うようにしているので、
強風下で雨戸の開閉操作を行う場合に前面窓部側
の端部雨戸が強い風圧を受けてもこの端部雨戸は
これに連結されている開閉操作ロツドを押し引き
しながらこの雨戸自体、中間部雨戸との枢着部を
中心に自由に回動しうるため、従来装置のように
端部雨戸の枢着部のギヤ部分に風圧による過大な
力が及んでそれを破損させるおそれがなく、長期
に亘つて故障なく安全に使用できるものである。
また、開閉操作ロツドの他端部に取付けたボルト
を、その頭部を上記出窓張出し枠部の中空内部に
係嵌させた状態で上記雨戸用レール溝にスライド
可能に係合し、且つ該ボルトのねじ部にロツクナ
ツトを螺着して、該ロツクナツトの締付けにより
上記開閉操作ロツドを出窓張出し枠部との間で挟
着するようにしているので、雨戸を任意の位置で
確実にロツクさせることができる。しかもこのロ
ツク手段は、特別にロツク機構を構成したもので
はなく、雨戸開閉装置の一部である開閉操作ロツ
ドの端部に取付けたボルトを使用して、このボル
トのねじ部にロツクナツトを螺着してなるもので
あるため、その構造が簡単であるとともに、この
ロツクナツトを締めるだけでよいからロツク操作

移動させるだけでよいから、操作も非常に簡単に

し枠部における袖窓基端部に枢着し、且つ中間部
の雨戸に突設したスライドピンを上記雨戸用レー
ル溝に遊嵌し、更に中間部の雨戸に宙架される他
端部の雨戸に開閉操作ロツドの一端部を枢着する
と共に、該開閉操作ロツドの他端部にはボルトを
取付け、該ボルトを、その頭部を上記出窓張出し
枠部の中空内部に係嵌させた状態で上記雨戸用レ
ール溝にスライド可能に係合し、且つ該ボルトの
ねじ部にロツクナツトを螺着して、該ロツクナツ
トの締付けにより上記開閉操作ロツドを出窓張出
し枠部との間で挟着するようにしてなる出窓用雨
