いて、一端が上記導入部の底壁面に開口し、他端
が上記渦巻部の終端部壁面に開口するバイパス通
路を形成するとともに、このバイパス通路を開閉
する開閉弁を設け、かつ機関運転条件に応じて上
記開閉弁を制御する弁駆動機構を設けたことを特
