    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１吸込口および第１吐出口を備えた第１段圧
    縮機と、第２吸込口および第２吐出口を備えた第
    ２段圧縮機と、上記両吸込口に分岐し、かつ第２
    吸込口側の流路における逆流を阻止する逆流防止
    手段を備えた吸込流路と、逆流防止手段を備えた
    第１吐出口から流路および第２吐出口からの流路
    を合流させるとともに、圧縮ガスを直送用流路あ
    るいはホルダ充填用流路に適宜切換えて供給可能
    に形成した吐出流路と、第１吐出口および第２吸
    込口を適宜開閉弁を介して連通させる直送時用連
    通流路とからなることを特徴とするガス圧送装置
    。
