  1. 双方向通信機能を有するケーブルテレビジヨン
    端末装置において、該端末装置から放送局にデー
    タを送信する送信回路で発生する搬送波が一定時
    間以上連続して出力されたことを検出する送信状
    態検出回路と、この検出回路によつて駆動されて
    前記搬送波の伝送経路を接地するスイツチ手段と
    を有することを特徴とした双方向ケーブルテレビ
    ジヨン端末装置。
