Claims (1)
- 入口ポートおよび出口ポートに接続している室
が内部に形成されたケーシングと、ケーシングの
室内に摺動可能に収納されたピストンと、該ピス
トンを入口ポート側に向かつて付勢する弾性体と
、ピストン内に設けられ、弾性体を圧縮しながら
ピストンが移動して室内に所定量の流体が畜圧さ
れると開となり、流体を入口ポートから出口ポー
トへ流過させるバイパス弁と、を備えた背圧加圧
弁において、前記ピストン外周とケーシング内周
との間に摺動可能な円筒状ピストンを介装すると
ともに、該円筒状ピストンを入口ポートに向かつ
て付勢する外側弾性体を設けたことを特徴とする
背圧加圧弁。
