It includes a scanner that sends out address signals in an arbitrary order via an address bus to select lines, and a data bus that connects input and output lines of each circuit block selected by a selector. Addresses are assigned to all input/output lines in advance so that all input/output lines of each circuit block can be uniquely Rm, and an address signal that sequentially specifies these addresses is sent from a scanner to a selector via an address bus. The selector that receives this selects the output line of the specified address and sends only the signal of the output line to the data bus, or the signal sent from the data bus is input to the specified address. This is to transmit signals between any input/output points in the system by inputting only to the line.

In each PCB, addresses (individual identification numbers) are assigned to all input/output points in advance, and only the output point with a specific number specified by the scanner 21 passes through the optical fiber 26 and the branch pipe 23a to the optical fiber. The output optical signal is transmitted to the data bus 24, and only the input point of a designated specific number receives the input optical signal from the data bus 24 using an optical fiber via the branching device 23b. By sequentially shifting the points designated by the scanner 21 as shown in FIG. 3, it becomes possible to transmit and receive data between any two desired points.

。As another modification, instead of scanning sequentially in numerical order, the scan period of faster terminals may be shortened. This allows efficient signal transmission. In addition, although the above-mentioned embodiments and modified examples have all been described in the case of PCB, they can also be applied to general equipment and circuit blocks, and furthermore, it is possible to use a guiding waveguide instead of an optical fiber, or to prevent sign distortion and crosstalk. Although there are problems, it is also possible to use a simple electric wire.
