- バーナの上方に位置し、調理鍋等を載置する複
数の爪及び、前記爪を装着する枠とで形成される
五徳と、前記五徳の下方に位置し、調理時に沸き
こぼれた煮汁を溜める汁受け皿とを備え、前記汁
受け皿の外周縁に、前記五徳の爪を当接させ、爪
と枠とを着脱可能に設けるとともに、前記爪と互
換性を有し、調理鍋載置面に凸部を形成した交換
爪を具備するこんろ。
