機側には、冷媒ガスを圧縮する圧縮機と、冷媒の
流路を切換える四方切換え弁と、各室内機の全体
に対応した吸熱、放熱容量を有する主水側熱交換
器とで冷媒回路を構成すると共に、各室内機の個
々に対応した吸熱容量を有して絞り装置をそれぞ
れに備え、かつ冷媒回路に電磁開閉弁を介して並
列に接続された複数の補助水側熱交換器を設け、
室内機側には、絞り装置を備えた複数の室内側熱
交換器を、それぞれに電磁開閉弁を介して並列に
接続させ、かつこれらの各室内機を冷媒回路に直
列に接続させ、各室内機の個別運転に際しては、
個々に対応する補助水側熱交換器以外の補助水側
熱交換器を同時に作動させ得るようにしたことを
