Claims (1)
- 回転軸を鉛直方向に向けて配置され、上記回転
軸と軸芯を一致させた空洞部を有するケーシング
と、このケーシングの空洞部に収納され空洞部の
表面に沿つて昇降自在にされた移動子と、移動子
の移動変位に伴う電気的又は磁気的な変化量を検
出する検出部材とを具備し、上記空洞部の表面は
ケーシングの回転軸側から外側に向かうに従つて
漸次昇り勾配が大きくされていることを特徴とす
る回転数センサ。
