Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) (a) ヒータケース２０と、 (b) このヒータケース内に設置され、送風空
    気を加熱するヒータコア３と、 (c) 前記ヒータケース内において前記ヒータ
    コアの側方に形成されたバイパス路２１と、 (d) 前記ヒータケース内に設けられ、前記ヒ
    ータコアを通過する温風と前記バイパス路を通過
    する冷風との風量割合を制御して車室内への吹出
    空気温度を制御する温度制御ダンパ２と、 (e) この温度制御ダンパにより温度制御され
    た空気を車室内上方へ吹出す上方吹出口１３、お
    よび前記空気を車室内下方へ吹出す下方吹出口１
    １と、 (f) 前記ヒータケースの空気入口側に接続さ
    れる通風路形成部材１９と、 (g) この通風路形成部材の通風路中に回動可
    能に設けられ、前記ヒータコア側および前記バイ
    パス路側への送風空気の流れ方向を調整するサブ
    ダンパと を備える自動車用空調装置。 (2) 前記通風路形成部材は、冷凍サイクルの蒸
    発器１を内蔵するクーラケース１９である実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の自動車用空調装置
    。 (3) 前記サブダンパが前記クーラケース内に複
    数個連動して回動可能に配置されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第２項記載の自動車用空調装置。
