Claims (1)
- 金属製の平板５と、外周にリツプ３を有し、内
部には中段に円周部１０により２段構造の凸形を
形成した椀型のパツト２とを一体化した吸着盤本
体１と、前記リツプ３には柔軟材からなる吸着片
４を接着し、さらにパツト２の内部上方にはスリ
ツト板６を内蔵すると共に下端部に自在継手的な
機能をもつ排気管８を支承したことを特徴とする
吸着盤。
