ーラの縦断面図、第４図は、本考案の変形例を示
す縦断面図である。 図において、 ２０はローラ体、３０はヒータランプ、５０，
６０は碍子、７０，８０は支持フレーム、１２０
はガイド、１７０，１８０は接点、１９０，２０
０はくぼみ、２１０，２２０はテーパ部、２３０
，２４０は電力供給接点、２５０は穴、２６０は
空起部、２７０は碍子、２８０はテーパ部である
。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 両端にフレームを有し、該フレームに固定さ
れた軸受を介して回転可能に支持された円筒状の
ローラ体と、該ローラ体の内部に両端に接点を有
する棒状のヒータランプを有したヒートロール方
式の定着装置において、前記ヒータランプの接点
より内側にフレームに固定された１ケ所以上のガ
イドを有し、ヒータランプの両端をフレームに固
定された碍子で支持することを特徴とする定着装
置のヒータランプ支持構造。 ２ 前記ヒータランプの外周にはガス抜き用の突
起物を有し、前記ガイドにヒータランプの突起物
を貫通可能な穴を設けたことを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のヒータランプ支持
構造。 ３ 前記碍子にはヒータランプを挿入するくぼみ
を有し、該くぼみの底部には電力供給接点を設け
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第２
項記載のヒータランプ支持構造。 ４ 前記碍子のくぼみの内径がヒータランプの外
径より若干大きく、くぼみの入口部がテーパ状に
形成したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第３項記載のヒータランプ支持構造。 ５ 前記碍子をフレームに挿入したときに、ヒー
タランプの端部が碍子のテーパ部の最大径の中に
入る様に前記ガイド穴形状を設定したことを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載のヒー
タランプ支持構造。 ６ 前記碍子が断熱絶縁部材であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のヒータ
ランプ支持構造。
