Claims (1)
- 駆動モータの軸の回転により超音波振動子を備
えたロータを回転させるための駆動軸の両側部を
フレームの穴に軸受を介して回転可能に支持し、
一方の軸受により駆動軸の一方向へ働くスラスト
を規制するように構成し、他方の軸受の外輪にフ
レームの穴に嵌合した支持板を当接させ、この支
持板にフレームに取付けた板ばねを当接させ、フ
レームに上記板ばねの外側に隣接して駆動軸の他
方向へ働くスラストを規制するためのストツパー
を取付けたことを特徴とする超音波探触子。
