Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は製鋼過程に於て、デスク状の溶鋼試料
を採取する為の器具である。溶鋼試料は、その組
成成分の分析測定が目的であるので、溶鋼の組成
成分を充分に代表出来る信頼される試料でなけれ
ばならない。その為には第一に要求される事は試
料が完全に緻密であり、内部に空洞(巣)のない
事が強く要望されている。近年使用されつつある
ものは第2図に示す如く、2つ割のプレス金型1
であり、その後端に極く小さな孔2,1ケを有す
るのみでガス抜きを貼つているので、ガス抜きが
不充分の為、採取される試料は内部に空洞が出来
て、緻密な完全試料とならない。従つてX線発光
分析の特性上から分析測定値に大巾の誤差を生じ
又バラツキを生じ信頼される試料とならない。本
考案のものはガス抜きが充分に行れるので吸引さ
れる合溶鋼中に空洞の出来る事がないので、分析

本考案を図面に従つて詳細説明すると、第1図
に示す通り、外周上にV字状切込溝を有する、2
分割された巾広の金属製リング1を左右から金属
製円板2ではさみ、耐熱テープ3にて締結し、リ
ング1の一端に設けてある、小穴上に石英管4を
固定し、紙管5内に挿入固定した構造となつて居
り、溶鋼を吸引する際にはリング1の外周上に設
けてあるV字状切込溝、及左右の円板2との合
せ、すき間から内部ガスは円周外方向に均等に且
充分に払気される為、吸引される溶鋼試料内には
空洞は一切出来る事なく、完全緻密の試料とな
り、分析測定に当り、充分信頼される試料が採取
出来る。更に溶鋼試料が冷却固化した後、本金型
内より試料を取り出す際に従来のものは2分割プ
レス金型の為、鋳バリ等が邪魔となり払出が困難
であるが、本考案のものは、リング1が2分割さ
れており、又円板2も2分割されてあり合計4分
割となる為、簡単に分解されるので、内部試料は
簡単に取り出される特長をも合せて有するもので
