Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 印刷データに応じた文字、数字等を用紙に印刷
する印字ヘツドと、この印字ヘツドを前記印刷動
作と関連して移動する移動機構と、前記印字ヘツ
ドの移動と関連して前記用紙を搬送する紙送り機
構とを少なくとも具備し、前記印字ヘツドと実質
的に同じ動きとなるように前記移動機構にイメー
ジセンサを設けると共に、前記印字ヘツド若しく
はイメージセンサのいずれか一方を動作すべく選
択可能に構成されたプリンタにおいて、 予め定められたフオントデータを格納した第１
のメモリ部と、 前記紙送り機構に原稿用紙がセツトされ、前記
イメージセンサ側の動作が選択されることにより
、前記イメージセンサで読取つたデータを格納す
る第２のメモリ部と、 この第２のメモリ部に格納されたデータを前記
第１のメモリ部に格納されたフオントデータと比
較し、一致したフオントデータを前記第１のメモ
リ部より読出し、この読出されたフオントデータ
と対応するコードを外部へ転送制御するプロセツ
サを含む制御部とを設けたことを特徴とするプリ
ンタ。
