- 冷却槽の槽壁内又はその内壁面近傍に冷媒コイ
ルを配設するとともに、この冷媒コイルに冷媒循
環用コンプレツサーを連結し、冷却槽内の冷水を
循環するようにしたことを特徴とする食料品用冷
却装置。
