- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) セラミツクス圧電体の両面に膜状電極を設
けてセラミツクス系圧電振動子を構成し、このセ
ラミツクス系圧電振動子の一端を片持ち支持して
なる発音体。 (2) ２枚のセラミツクス系圧電振動子間にシム
を挾設してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
記載の発音体。 (3) セラミツクス系圧電振動子の一端を箱体の
内壁に片持ち支持してなる実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項及び第(2)項のいずれかに記載の発音体
。 (4) ２枚のセラミツクス系圧電振動子の一端を
箱体の内壁中央部の両側に片持ち支持してなる実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(3)項記載の発音体。
