Claims (1)
- ダイスの内部に充填した試料を押圧するラムと
、先端部がそのラムの基端部に連結されてそのラ
ムを軸線方向に駆動する駆動源とを備え、前記試
料を加熱しつつ前記ラムによつて押圧することに
より焼結体を製造するホツトプレス装置において
、前記ラムの基端部と前記駆動源の先端部との間
に、前記ラムが試料を押圧したときにその長さ方
向に生じる歪を検出する複数の歪検出器を、ラム
の基端面の外周縁部に所定の間隔で介在させると
ともに、それらの歪検出器の検出結果に基づいて
前記駆動源を制御する制御装置とを具備してなる
ことを特徴とするホツトプレス装置。
