型装置を示す断面図、第３図は同装置によつて成
型されたリーフスプリングを示す部分断面図であ
る。 図中、１は雌型、２はリーフスプリング、７は
雄型、９は孔である。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 繊維強化樹脂原料を受入れ、リーフスプリ
ングの底部と測部とを区画する雌型と、該雌型に
所定の深さ嵌合されて上記原料を圧縮成型するた
めの雄型と、上記雌型の側壁に形成され、成型さ
れるリーフスプリングの側部略中央から余剰の樹
脂分を外部へ逃すための孔とを備えたことを特徴
とする樹脂製リーフスプリング成型装置。 (2) 上記孔が圧縮成型される上記繊維強化樹脂
原料の余剰樹脂分のみが外部へ流出すべく上記原
料中の繊維分の通過を規制する大きさの開口径に
設定された実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
樹脂製リーフスプリング成型装置。 (3) 上記孔が雌型の側壁に長手方向に適宜間隔
で形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の樹脂製リーフスプリング成型装置。
