On the other hand, in fields such as aerospace equipment and chemical equipment,
Ti and Ti alloys are widely used because of their excellent properties such as high specific strength, high toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and can be easily processed, welded, and cut depending on the alloy type. . And these Ti and Ti
When rivets or bolts are used when assembling alloy members, it is necessary to form through holes for the rivets or bolts, so it is necessary to prevent liquid leakage from the through holes, and to prevent stress. It is also necessary to prevent concentration from occurring, so joining by welding or brazing, which does not require through holes for rivets or bolts, is also considered important.

However, since welding uses a heat source with high energy density such as beam welding or plasma welding, there may be large differences in the structure between the base metal and the weld, residual stress may occur, and mechanical Extreme care must be taken as this may cause variations or deterioration in properties.

On the other hand, joining by brazing makes it possible to make the mechanical properties of the joint relatively uniform, and for example, GAPAS I L, a silver solder-based brazed bamboo material, was sometimes used. .

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned silver braze-based brazing bamboo material has the advantage that it does not easily form brittle compounds even when diffused into Ti or Ti alloy, and has good wettability. However, it is very expensive and has the problem that the maximum tensile strength of the joint is not very high.

Therefore, various brazed bamboo materials have been developed that are particularly suitable for brazing joints of Ti and Ti alloys. For example, when using this as a powdered waxed bamboo material in the form of a paste with an organic solvent, the above-mentioned Combustion of the organic solvent may produce a large amount of smoke, voids may form in the solder die joints, and the composition of the joints may be non-uniform.

On the other hand, in order to avoid the problems caused by powder paste, waxed bamboo materials were sometimes used in the form of strips or foils by stretching, but depending on the alloy type, stretching is extremely difficult. For example, the components of a waxed bamboo material are divided into components that can be stretched, so that the total components become the components of the waxed bamboo material, and the divided components are stretched to create, for example, a double structure (core material). However, there was a problem in that this would significantly increase the cost.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and is not as expensive as silver solder-based waxed bamboo materials, and has a higher maximum tensile strength than silver soldered bamboo materials. It is possible to obtain strength, and when used as a powder paste, a large amount of smoke is generated during soldering, voids are formed in the soldered joint, and mechanical strength varies due to non-uniformity of components. A Ti alloy-based solder that does not cause such defects, and also has a uniform band/line shape with a uniform composition without drawing, making it possible to significantly improve brazing workability. The purpose is to provide bamboo materials.

The degree of difference in properties from those of Ti and Ti alloys increases, resulting in a decrease in compatibility with the base metal, and the formation of brittle intermetallic compounds that become crystalline after brazing, reducing the strength and strength of the brazed joint. Ti: The remainder Ti is used to make the properties of the joint approximate those of the base material, especially in brazing joints of Ti and Ti alloys serving as base materials. It is also desirable to further lower the melting point of the Ti alloy brazing material by substituting a part of Ti with Cr if necessary. In this case, the value of Cr / (Ti + Cr) is 0. It is preferable to set it within the range of .2 to 0.6. That is, if the above ratio is 0.
If it is smaller than 2, Cr will not have a great effect on lowering the melting point of the brazing material, and if it is larger than 0.6, a brittle σ phase will be formed, which may reduce the toughness of the brazed joint. .

That is, for example, there is a submerged spinning method in which a molten alloy of the above components flows down into a rotating liquid, a tiller method in which the molten alloy is placed in a glass tube and pulled along with the glass tube, and A molten alloy having the above components is made into a band or wire brazing material by a rolling method or the like.

The brazing material obtained by rapid liquid cooling and solidification in this manner is either microcrystalline, or all or more than half is amorphous and the remainder is microcrystalline. It is particularly desirable to use a material that contains a large amount of amorphous material.

In other words, by using a band or linear brazing material that contains a large amount of amorphous material, shrinkage due to melting of the brazing material is reduced, and the brazing material has a thin and uniform wall thickness, so that it does not easily break or break when bent. Because it is flexible, it can be easily added to or inserted into brazed joints with complex shapes, and can be used as a brazing material that can increase filling efficiency. Become.

(Example) After melting a Ti alloy having the components shown in Table 1 by high-frequency induction heating in an argon gas atmosphere, the resulting molten alloy is allowed to flow down from the tip of a nozzle onto the surface of a roll rotating at high speed to rapidly solidify the liquid. As a result, a band-shaped amorphous brazing material (amorphous content: 50 to 100% by volume) was obtained. These brazing materials had sufficient flexibility that they did not easily break when bent.

0.2 to 0.6) and impurities, and is formed into strips and wires by rapid solidification of the liquid, so conventional silver solder-based brazing materials are not expensive, and silver solder-based materials are not expensive. It is possible to obtain a higher maximum tensile strength in the brazed joint than that in the conventional powder paste form, and there is no generation of large amounts of smoke or voids in the brazed joint, as in the case of using a conventional powder paste. There are no defects such as the formation of a thin film or variations in mechanical strength due to a uniform component ratio, and the brazing material has a uniform composition even without stretching, making it easier to braze. This brings about a very good effect in that it is possible to make it significantly better.
