Claims (1)
- 回転軸に駆動用マグネツトとこの駆動用マグネ
ツトとの間に磁路を形成するバツクヨークが固定
され、前記回転軸にはさらに前記駆動用マグネツ
ト及びバツクヨークから離れた位置に回転部材が
固定されているシリンダーモータにおいて、前記
バツクヨークは弾性部材を介して前記回転軸に取
りつけられているシリンダーモータ。
