ビジネス・フオームに印刷された各用紙の正面図
、第５図は従来のビジネス・フオーム印刷用紙の
接着装置の正面図、第６図は同装置の接着剤塗布
工程を示す斜視図である。 １，２，３，４，５……ビジネス・フオーム印
刷用紙、６，７，８，９，１０……印刷済み巻取
用紙、６ａ，７ａ，８ａ，９ａ，１０ａ……巻取
用紙の印刷面の欄外端部、２５……接着剤、２６
……接着剤塗布装置、３０……紫外線照射装置、
３１……ランプハウジング、３２……断面楕円形
の反射鏡、３３……紫外線光源体。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ビジネス・フオームに印刷された各頁毎の
    巻取用紙を複数枚同時に走行させ、この各巻取用
    紙の印刷面の欄外端部に所定量の接着剤を附与し
    、前記各頁の印刷済み巻取用紙を印刷面の位置合
    わせをして順次重ね合わせる印刷用紙の接着装置
    において、前記接着剤としては紫外線に対して硬
    化時間の短い接着剤を使用すると共に、重ね合わ
    されて走行する印刷済み巻取用紙の接着剤のしみ
    込んだ前記印刷面の欄外端部に紫外線を照射する
    に当り、断面楕円形の反射鏡の第１焦点に位置す
    るように所定長さの紫外線光源体を設置し、かつ
    前記反射鏡により紫外線が集光する第２焦点の位
    置には、前記走行する印刷済み巻取用紙の印刷面
    の欄外端部を配設したことを特徴とするビジネス
    ・フオーム印刷用紙の接着装置。 (2) 断面楕円形の反射鏡の第１焦点の位置に設
    置された紫外線光源体の長さを２００mm以上とし
    たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1
    )項記載のビジネス・フオーム印刷用紙の接着装
    置。
