Description
第１図及び第２図は本考案の一実施例を示す回
路図、第３図はメインモータの回転数と電流値と
の関係を示す線図、第４図乃至第９図は従来例を
示す回路作動説明図、第１０図は一般的なプレス
機械の概略構造図である。 １はメインモータ、１１は電源、１５ａ，１６
ａは運転ボタンスイツチ、２３はクラツチ電磁弁
、２４は変流器、２５は設定器、２６は電流比較
器、２７は出力リレー、２８は出力リレー接点を
示す。
路図、第３図はメインモータの回転数と電流値と
の関係を示す線図、第４図乃至第９図は従来例を
示す回路作動説明図、第１０図は一般的なプレス
機械の概略構造図である。 １はメインモータ、１１は電源、１５ａ，１６
ａは運転ボタンスイツチ、２３はクラツチ電磁弁
、２４は変流器、２５は設定器、２６は電流比較
器、２７は出力リレー、２８は出力リレー接点を
示す。
Claims (1)
- 運転ボタンを押すことによりクラツチ電磁弁を
作動せしめて起動を行うプレス機械に於いて、モ
ータの実際の電流値を検出する変流器と、設定電
流値を設定する設定器と、前記変流器にて検出し
た実際の電流値と前記設定器に設定した設定電流
値とを比較する電流比較値と、該電流比較器によ
る比較結果に基づき実際の電流値が設定電流値を
越えた際に作動し前記運転ボタンスイツチとクラ
ツチ電磁弁とを結ぶラインを開閉する出力リレー
とを備えてなることを特徴とするプレス起動のイ
ンタロツク装置。
