Claims (1)
- パンケース内にパン生地等を混練する撹拌装置
を設け、パン生地の混練から発酵、ガス抜き、焼
き上げを自動的に行なう全自動パン作り機に於い
て、上記撹拌装置を駆動するモーターを、パンケ
ースを収納する本体の一側部に設置し、このモー
ターの上方に位置して重量測定器を設けた事を特
徴としてなる全自動パン作り機。
