(Prior art) Conventional liquid soaps are mainly complex soaps made by adding synthetic detergent to fatty acid potassium salts in coconut oil.The detergent power of fatty acid potassium salts in palm oil is weak and is used only for safety reasons. However, the applicant obtained a liquid soap by blending sodium salts of fatty acids and potassium salts of fatty acids from coconut oil in an appropriate mixing ratio. Focusing on the ability to do this, we have created a liquid that has an extremely excellent cleaning effect when massaging the undiluted solution, which is the original use of soap, by using a mixture of fatty acid sodium salt of oleic acid and fatty acid potassium salt of coconut oil. producing soap. In addition, powdered soap is actually made by adding a large amount of carbonate (mainly soda carbonate) to fatty acid sodium salt as a washing aid (bilgu) to improve its cleaning effect.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) A liquid soap that is a mixture of fatty acid sodium salt and fatty acid potassium salt has the following problems:1. When used diluted with water, the problem arises that its excellent cleaning power is reduced and the cleaning power is slightly inferior to that of synthetic detergents. In addition, carbonates as adjuvants have good water-wet properties and are easily soluble in water, but once mixed into soap, they absorb soap and water and solidify.
When this is taken as a powder stone value, the water solubility becomes poor. Furthermore, when carbonate is mixed into liquid soap, the viscosity of the liquid increases, and at low temperatures it becomes jelly-like, making it difficult to remove it from the container. Therefore, a method was developed in which liquid soap and powdered carbonate were packed in sachets and mixed immediately before use to increase cleaning power, but this method was cumbersome to use.

The present invention was made in view of the above points, and in addition to the high detergency when used as a liquid soap in its pure form, it also has a higher detergency than synthetic detergents when diluted with water, and is a water-soluble detergent. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for enhancing the detergency of liquid soap to obtain a liquid soap that has a high level of cleansing properties.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The gist of the present invention to achieve the above object is to mix a fatty acid sodium salt of oleic acid and a fatty acid potassium salt obtained by saponifying Yashiura fatty acid in an appropriate ratio. A method for enhancing the detergency of liquid soap, which comprises gradually adding a very small amount of melted carbonate to the liquid soap with stirring, and then finishing the soap to make it slightly alkaline by keeping the pH low. It is in.

(Function) Therefore, according to the method for enhancing detergency of the present invention, since the liquid soap is a mixture of fatty acid sodium salt of oleic acid and fatty acid potassium salt of coconut oil, it is a liquid soap with extremely high detergency; % of carbonate can be easily maintained in a liquid state by mixing while stirring, and by making it slightly alkaline, it can be used safely without causing problems such as rough hands, corrosion, or damage to equipment.

Liquid soap is made by adding potassium salt, which is made by saponifying the fatty acids in coconut oil, to fatty acid sodium salt, which is made by saponifying high oleic acid with a low concentration of sodium hydroxide, and stirring the mixture (
It has a low viscosity, high fluidity, and is transparent and light yellow in color. It freezes like a sherbet even at -5℃, and unlike other aqueous solutions of sodium salts, it can be used even in severe cold. It is something. Oleic acid is a decomposed fatty acid, but it can be saponified as it is without the need for salting out, has good working efficiency, has little odor or sliminess, and has a low melting point, so it is easy to liquefy. The ratio of sodium salt to enhance detergency in pure soap ingredients can be up to about 80%, but it may be less than that, and if the pure soap content in the solution is 20% or more. shall add less than 3% ethyl alcohol to uniformly mix the sodium and potassium salts.

1% liquid soap with the above ingredients dissolved in lukewarm water
Carbonates (soda carbonate, etc.) are gradually added while stirring, but the alkalinity of the solution increases to around 9811, so the pH is adjusted to a slightly alkaline level with citric acid. , liquid soap containing fatty acid sodium salts of fats and oils other than oleic acid,
For example, a liquid soap with a ratio of about 65% fatty acid sodium salt of oleic acid, about 25% fatty acid potassium salt of coconut oil, and about 10% fatty acid sodium salt of low melting point oil (rapeseed oil, etc.) that has been salted out. Be careful, as the incorporation of carbonate increases the viscosity and tends to cause nepal. ) Therefore, the cleaning power enhancement method according to this embodiment has a wide range of uses, and can also be used as a kitchen Kawaishi M (for commercial use). Also, when using liquid soap for other purposes, add 1 i of carbonate to liquid soap.
(for example, about 3%), but in this case, the liquid should be finished as alkaline without forcibly making it a weak alkali and decomposing the tissue.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, according to the present invention, by adding about 1% of carbonate, the foaming power of soap is increased, and even when diluted with water, it exhibits high detergency, and It also cleans away oil stains and dirt, and has the effect of eliminating any harmful effects on hands and utensils (laundry). Furthermore,
Even when carbonate is added, liquid soap remains liquid, so the amount of soap can be increased as needed depending on the amount of laundry, and unlike soaps made of soap, it has a remarkable effect in terms of fragrance.
