Claims (1)
- 子供用自転車又は三輪車のハンドル部材の上部
に適宜手段をもつて取付られるカバー部材を有し
、且つその中央部には送気手段が設けられるとと
もに、上部には該送気手段を介して動作する遊び
要素が納められた中空で且つ透明又は半透明な素
材で形成された収納部を設ける一方、上記カバー
部材の外側所定位置に設けたスイツチと上記送気
手段とを電気的に接続したことを特徴とする子供
用自転車又は三輪車のハンドルカバー装置。
