Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ポペツトがソレノイドにより制御されるポ
ペツト式流量制御弁において、ＯＮ―ＯＦＦの変
位素子と高速応答が可能な比例変位素子とを組合
せた変位機構によつて駆動されることを特徴とす
るポペツト式流量制御弁。 (2) ポペツトの前後差圧を圧力センサにより観
測しながら、そのデータに基づいて高速比例変位
素子への信号を加減することにより、制御流量の
圧力補償を行う実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
載のポペツト式流量制御弁。
