Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 プラスチツクコートされた包装材料ウエブか
ら、充填され且つ密封された包装物を製造するた
めの包装機において、下部方向へ進行する予め筒
状に形成された包装材料ウエブ3の未溶着状態の
長手方向縁部3a,3bを溶着するための予熱装
置Aであつて、前記筒状の包装材料ウエブ3の進
行路に臨んで、該包装材料ウエブ3の長手方向に
所定距離の間設けられた加熱空気ノズル5と、筒
状に形成された該材料ウエブ3の外側の長手方向
縁部3aを位置規制して該長手方向縁部3aの内
面を前記加熱空気ノズル5の空気吹出面5aに対
面せしめるように軸線を該吹出面5aに平行に上
下方向に配置された複数個のガイドローラ6a,
6b,……と、前記筒状に形成された材料ウエブ
3の内側の長手方向縁部3bを前記加熱空気ノズ
ル5を挾んで前記ガイドローラ6a,6b,……
の反対側で支持するための複数個の小径ガイドロ
ーラ7a,7b,……とを設けたことを特徴とす
る包装機における包装材料ウエブの長手方向縁部
の溶着予熱装置。 2 前記小径ガイドローラ7a,7b,……は、
前記ガイドローラ6a,6b,……の間と、その
最下端のガイドローラの下方に接近した位置とに
配設されることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
範囲第1項記載の包装機における包装材料ウエブ
の長手方向縁部の溶着予熱装置。 3 前記小径ガイドローラ7a,7b,……はそ
の軸線が前記筒状の包装材料ウエブ3の進行方向
に従い、該小径ガイドローラ7a,7b,……の
先端部が、前記ガイドローラ6a,6b,……の
側に順次接近するごとく傾斜して配設されること
を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は
第2項記載の包装機における包装材料ウエブの長
手方向縁部の溶着予熱装置。 4 前記加熱空気ノズル5は、少くとも、最下端
の小径ガイドローラの上方位置において、前記吹
出面5aの反対側に、前記筒状の包装材料ウエブ
3の内側の長手方向縁部3bの外側端に臨むごと
く、空気吹出孔8を設けたことを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項又は第2項又は第3項
記載の包装機における包装材料ウエブの長手方向
縁部の溶着予熱装置。
