In ventilating fans with panels, the panels are generally replaceable, and the user can either have the panels pre-installed or cut them from the same wall material as the room wall material. By replacing the panel with the same color and pattern as the wall material in the room, it is now possible to match the color and pattern of the panel to the wall material of the room.

Two receiving plates 4 constituting the are attached by screws 5, and a panel 6 stacked on both receiving plates 4 is attached by an outer frame 7 made of plastic. This outer frame 7 is attached to the receiving plate 4 with screws 8, but considering that the panel 6 may be replaced with a heavier one made of plasterboard, the screw holes of the outer frame 7 are In order to prevent the outer frame 7 from being unable to support the heavy plasterboard panel 6 and falling off together with the panel 6 even if it is damaged for some reason and its supporting force is weakened, the panel 6 is Approximately inverted support pieces 9 are provided on two sides of each corner of the receiving plate 4 corresponding to the four corners, and these support pieces 9 support the panel 6.
The structure is such that it is supported by holding the four sides of the frame.

Remove the screws 5 that attach the to the decorative frame 1, and then remove the receiving plate 4.
At least one of them is removed from the decorative frame 1. As a result, the support piece 9 of one of the receiving plates 4 comes off the panel 6, so that the panel 6 can be removed from the decorative frame 1.

Therefore, in order to remove the panel 6 from the decorative frame 1, it is not enough to simply remove the outer frame 7; it is also necessary to remove at least one of the two receiving plates 4 from the decorative frame 1. There was a problem in that the replacement work was complicated.

and 17, and these panel mounting plates 16 and 17 are disposed in the decorative frame 12 so as to face each other in parallel with each other at a predetermined distance in the downward direction, and the left and right ends of each panel secure the space S. It is attached to the decorative frame 12 via a hollow square support 18. To attach the receiving plates 16 and 17 to the decorative frame 12, as shown in FIG. This is done by screwing into holes 16a and 17a. Reference numeral 20 indicates a pair of supporting pieces bent on both sides of the upper edge of the upper receiving plate 16 in a substantially inverted shape; These support pieces 20 and 21 correspond to a pair of parallel sides of the panel 14, that is, the upper and lower sides. The base pieces 2Qa, 21a and the inwardly bent end pieces 20b, 21b of the support pieces 20 and 21 slide on the receiving plates 16 and 17 in the lateral direction shown by arrow A in FIG. By doing so, as shown in FIG. 2, the two upper and lower sides of the panel 14 inserted between the support pieces 20 and 21 are held and supported from the outside to the front (surface). A square outer frame 22 is made of plastic and is attached to the receiving plates 16 and 17 so as to cover the outer periphery of the panel 14. The mounting structure of the outer frame 22 is such that boss portions 22a (see FIG. 5) are integrally provided inside the four corners of the outer frame 22, and as shown in FIG. The outer frame 22 is fixed to the receiving plates 16 and 17 by screwing together screws 23 passed through small holes 16b and 17b (see Figure 1) formed in the corners of the receiving plates 16 and 17. It is. In this case, in order to prevent the small holes 16b and 17b from being hidden by the panel 14, the four corners of the panel 14 are cut off in a hypotenuse shape. As shown in FIG. 4, the outer peripheral wall portion 22b of the outer frame 22 has a front-rear width dimension such that it protrudes rearward from both the receiving plates 16 and 17 in order to cover the outer peripheries of the receiving plates 16 and 17. is set to . Moreover, the inner peripheral wall 22c of the outer frame 22 is
The front and rear width dimensions are set so as to abut the panel 14 and press it against the receiving plates 16 and 17. Furthermore, outer frame 2
As shown in FIG. 5, ribs 22d projecting a predetermined amount toward the inner peripheral wall 22c are integrally provided near each boss portion 22a on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 22b of the panel 14. The oblique side portion 14a of the corner portion of the panel 14 is controlled so that the deviation in the left and right direction does not become too large.
is prevented from appearing within the outer frame 22.

To remove the screw 23 from the boss part 22 of the outer frame 22, first
a, the outer frame 22 is removed from the receiving plates 16 and 17 of the panel attachment body 15, and the panel 22 is slid in the opposite direction of arrow A along the longitudinal direction of the receiving plates 16 and 17. In this way, when the panel 14 is slid laterally, the support pieces 20 and 21 are present along the sliding direction and do not act to prevent the panel 14 from sliding, so they do not obstruct the panel 14. It can be pulled out from between the support pieces 20 and 21 and removed from the panel attachment body 15 without any problems.

The reason for forming the panel into a square shape is to eliminate directionality during installation, but as shown in FIG. 3, the width L1 of the panel 14 in the vertical and horizontal directions is
The dimension is set to be slightly smaller than the dimension t2 between the inner surfaces of the base pieces 20a and 21a of 1, and the outer peripheral wall 2 of the outer frame 22
2b - Dimension C between the inner surfaces in the bottom and left and right directions
0 is set larger than the dimension t4 between the outer surfaces of the base pieces 20a and 21a of both the support pieces 20 and 21.

In this case, the dimension t3 between the left and right inner surfaces of the outer peripheral wall 22b of the outer frame 22 is smaller than the distance t2 between the inner surfaces of the base pieces 20a and 21a of the support pieces 20 and 21. is approximately twice as large as the thickness of the support pieces 20 and 21.

If the outer peripheral wall portion 22bL:l) is restricted by the inner surface, the amount of deviation of the panel 14 in the left-right direction increases, and the oblique side portion 14a of the corner portion of the panel 14 appears inside the outer frame 22. There is a risk that the appearance will be damaged. However, in this embodiment, ribs 22d are provided protrudingly on the inner surface of the outer peripheral wall 22b of the outer frame 22, and the ribs 22d restrict the displacement movement of the panel 14 in the left-right direction. The amount of displacement in the left-right direction is reduced, and it is possible to prevent the oblique side portion 14a from appearing inside the outer frame 22. Incidentally, the reason why the ribs 22d are formed on the four sides of the outer peripheral wall portion 22b of the outer frame 22 is that the outer frame 22 is formed into a square shape to eliminate the directionality during installation.
Since it is not unambiguously determined which pair of two parallel sides is located on the left and right, no matter which pair of two sides is located on the left or right, the panel 14 will shift in the left-right direction. This is to enable the regulation of

Further, the panel may be configured to be inserted from the vertical direction of the decorative frame, but in short, it may be configured so that it can be inserted from either the horizontal or vertical direction. Further, as a support for securing a space between the decorative frame and the panel, a screw for attaching the panel attachment body to the decorative frame may be made into a stepped shape, and the screw itself may be used as a support. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown in the drawings; for example, the panel mounting body may be constructed from a single metal frame formed in the shape of a square frame; Various changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, such as applying it to a ventilation fan configured to be attached to a ventilator.

。[Effects of the Invention] As explained below, according to the ventilation fan of the present invention, the supporting pieces that support the panel are provided in a protruding manner corresponding to a set of two parallel sides of the panel, so that the panel mounting body can be mounted easily. By inserting the panel horizontally or vertically between the support pieces without removing it from the decorative frame, the panel can be supported by the support pieces,
Therefore, simply by removing the outer frame, the panel can be attached to or removed from the panel attachment body, and the panel can be replaced easily, which is an excellent effect.
