Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of erroneous detection of a water level and to reduce increase of an error in a water level and a hot water feed time, by a method wherein a pressure sensor is situated to one of the outbound and inbound pipings of an additional burning circulation passage, air in the interior of a pipe on the pressure sensor side is purged during the initial stage of starting of hot water feed, and thereafter, when the pressure sensor detects a given value, and air purge is effected for a short time to perform detection of a water pressure. CONSTITUTION:A pressure sensor 11 is located in the one piping 9 of outbound and inbound pipings 8 and 9 constituting an additional circulation passage. Air in the pipe 9 on the pressure sensor side is purged for a specified time during the initial stage of starting of hot water drop feed, and thereafter, and a water pressure is detected by the pressure sensor 11 as hot water drop feed is carried out through the other pipe 8. When a given value is detected, after air in the pipe 9 on the pressure sensor 11 side is purged for a short time, a water pressure is detected. This constitution ensures detection of a water pressure by preventing the occurrence of erroneous detection due to replacement of air in the pipe 9, enables reduction of increment of water level from a set water level due to air purge, end permits shortening of time required for the automatic feed of hot water.

(Conventional technology and problems) Conventionally, in devices that automatically drop water into the bathtub,
The water level in the bathtub has been detected by installing a water level detector in the bathtub as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-169937. However, this required construction of the signal line for the water level detector, and the construction was difficult due to the risk of water leakage.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and is an automatic bath device having a remote rear-end collision function, in which a pressure sensor is provided inside the device body to detect the water level of the bathtub, and furthermore, air is interposed in the piping. The purpose of this invention is to provide a bathroom device that does not erroneously detect the water level and reduces the error with the set water level and the increase in hot water supply time caused by air purge.

The operation in the above IT and J11 configurations will be explained. First, when the automatic operation switch (not shown) is turned on (Fl), the drop valve (6) is opened and the water heater (3) is transferred to the hopper (13).
At the same time, the three-way valve (12) is switched to the hopper side. Also, the three-way valve (16) is switched to the bypass side,
From the hopper (I3) to the three-way valve (I2), the pump (10),
A circuit is formed to the bathtub (4) via the three-way valve (16), the bypass pipe (14), and the original pipe (9).

When the intestines accumulate in the hopper (13), the water level switch (18)
This detection signal drives the pump (1o) to flow the intestines into the bypass pipe (14) and the original pipe (9), and air purges them (F2). When the air barge ends after a certain period of time, the three-way valve (16) is switched to the outgoing pipe side (

When the dropping progresses and the pressure sensor (11) detects a predetermined value (F4), the three-way valve (16) is switched again to purge the inside of the raw tube (9) with air (F5). The purpose of this air purge is to prevent erroneous detection since the inside of the original tube (9) may be replaced with air depending on the installation position of the bathtub (4) and the piping of the reheating circulation path. After air purge, switch the three-way valve (I6) and read the water pressure again (F6).
), if a predetermined value is detected, it is determined that the set water level (L) has been reached and the dropping process is completed (F7). If the predetermined value is not detected, air is present in the original tube (9) and the pressure sensor (
11) is judged to have been erroneously detected, and the process returns to dropping from the outgoing pipe (8) (F3). In this way, the pressure sensor (11
) detects a predetermined value (F4), performs air purge in the original pipe (9) (F5), samples the water pressure again with the pressure sensor (11) (F6), and if the predetermined value is not detected, the outgoing pipe Return to the drop (F3) from (8).

By the way, the above-mentioned air purge (F5) has a different timing from the air purge (F2) at the beginning of the drop-in hot water supply. In other words, the initial air purge (F2) performs air purge for a certain period of time, which is set to ensure that the inside of the piping up to the bathtub can be reliably air purged even if the piping is constructed with an allowable pumping length. ) after detecting a predetermined value (F4), the air purge (F5) is set to a fixed time shorter than the initial air purge (F2), and the water level increment from the set water level (L) accompanying the air purge (F5) is reduced. ing.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the following excellent effects. In other words, the pressure sensor can be installed in the distribution pipe that constitutes the reheating circulation path, so it can be installed inside the main body of the device.
There is no problem with Pengko. In addition, after the pressure sensor detects a predetermined value, air purges the inside of the piping and detects the water pressure again, making water pressure detection more reliable. Moreover, the increase in water level from the set water level due to this air purge can be reduced, which is required for automatic hot water supply. The time can also be shortened.

In devices that supply hot water by dropping water from the main body located remote from the bathtub via the reheating circulation path, a pressure sensor is installed in one tube of the reciprocating piping that makes up the reheating circulation path, and the pressure sensor side is installed at the beginning of the drop-in hot water supply. Air purges the inside of the pipe for a certain period of time, then detects the water pressure with a pressure sensor while supplying hot water through the other pipe, and when the pressure sensor detects a predetermined value, the inside of the pipe on the pressure sensor side is purged for a shorter time than the initial air purge described above. An automatic bath device characterized by detecting water pressure after air purge for a certain period of time.
