端にハンドルの回動を略９０°の範囲に規制する
軸装部の円周方向に沿つた円周溝を上記軸装部外
周面に連設すると共に、上記ハンドルの内周面に
設けた突起部を縦溝及び円周溝に案内自在に嵌合
し、上記縦溝の下方に位置している突起部を旧位
に復帰させるためのばねをハンドルの内面と軸装
部との間に装着したことを特徴とするバルブ開閉
