Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 相補型ＭＯＳＦＥＴからなるＣ―ＭＯＳイ
ンバータの入出力端間に、水晶振動子と帰還抵抗
を接続するとともに、Ｃ―ＭＯＳインバータの入
出力端と接地間にコンデンサを接続したコルピツ
ツ型発振回路を設け、この発振回路のＣ―ＭＯＳ
インバータの入力端と接地間に、直流電流をしや
断する素子からなる低インピーダンス回路を接続
したことを特徴とするオーバートーン水晶発振回
路。 (2) 前記低インピーダンス回路は抵抗とコンデ
ンサからなる直列回路で構成した実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項に記載のオーバートーン水晶発振
回路。
