Claims (1)
射面部と非反射面部とが周方向に交互に配設され
ているとともに、作動室外に発光素子および受光
素子が前記反射面部に臨むように設けられており
、非円形歯車の回転角を受光素子の検出信号で測
定することによつて回転角に比例する流量を計測
するように構成されている非円形歯車式流量計に
おいて、前記反射面部が磁性板により作製されて
おり、前記非円形歯車に磁石が埋設されていると
ともに、この磁石により前記反射面部が磁気的に
位置決めされていることを特徴とする非円形歯車
式流量計。 (2) 磁石が、非円形歯車の一端面に埋設されて
いるとともに、磁石の表面に凹凸が形成されてお
り、この凹部に磁性板から成る反射面部が収容さ
れて磁着されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の非円形歯車式流量計。 (3) 反射面部が、磁石の凹部に1個宛収容され
ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
